People claim that pure celery juice (not as attractive, I know) is like liquid magic and offers all kinds of health benefits. So what exactly does celery juice do for our bodies? And should we actually give ourselves the pain (and costs) of drinking celery juice? This is what we found:

Celery juice contains vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium and a lot of other nutrients. Juicing celery, however, removes much of the fiber, which is an essential part of your diet. When fruits and vegetables are pressed, the nutrients in the pulp, husk and other components are often lost. Juices are therefore not always the best way to consume fruit and vegetables.
