To start preparing this fruit concentrate The first thing to do is to wash the oranges well with cold water. When they are completely dry, grate the skin for the finer part of the rasp and set aside.


To get a cup of orange juice you will need between 3 and 4 oranges, do not forget to enjoy the ones you have already grated.


Heat the orange juice with the sugar and zest in a saucepan. Let it boil and continue cooking until all the sugar is completely dissolved.


Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Then add the cream of tartar with orange concentrate and mix until dissolved.


Book it orange concentrate, in a glass jar with hermetic lid, in the refrigerator. This natural fruit concentrate can be used to prepare oranges or to complete desserts. To prepare the orange, a tablespoon of concentrate will suffice for a drink.
