Making your own lemon-ginger-turmeric tea naturally cleanses and detoxifies your liver. Use the following recipe to make this healthy tea. If possible, try to find fresh turmeric.

Lemon-ginger-turmeric tea to detoxify liver


  • 1½ cups of filtered drinking water
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric (or ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root (or ½ teaspoon of ginger powder)
  • ½ lemon (pressed with zest)
  • 2 to 3 turns of fresh black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or as desired

Directions for making your liver Detox tea

To make your tea, combine the turmeric, ginger and the filtered water in a pan. Turn the heat to medium and let it simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Do not boil the mixture. Strain the hot liquid and pour into a cup or mug. Stir in the lemon juice and honey. Your tea is now ready to drink.

If you do not use medication, you can safely drink this drink daily. The best time to drink this tea is & # 39; in the morning. Some people prefer to drink it & # 39; in the morning before eating, others like to drink it with food. Both times are great and both work well. To enjoy!
