Health benefits of apples
Apple juice offers benefits for a tonic, digestive system, liver, stimulant, diuretic, detoxifying, laxative, antiseptic, lowers cholesterol and is anti-rheumatic.
They help clean the system, lower cholesterol, keep blood sugar levels high and help with digestion. The French use the shells as preparation for gout, urinary tract inhibitors and rheumatism. Used in fasting, apples help to clean and remove vitamins A, C, B and G.
They contain many two important photochemicals. Pectin helps to lower cholesterol and colon cancer, and bores by helping to prevent calcium loss, increasing blood levels of the hormone estrogen, and appears to stimulate the electrical activity of the brain (function and ability to perform tasks faster and more efficiently).

For making juice
They are the most versatile fruit! They are one of the few fruits that can be safely combined with all vegetables and help to make all juices tastier.
In general: the greener the type, the sharper the taste.
Use the skin during pressing and remove the core. The core is optional, but it is difficult for all juicers. Remove the woody stalk.
When choosing one, it must be firm, have a sweet odor, free of holes and preferably organic, since orchards historically tend to spray heavily.
Juice yield
A pound is about 4 medium-sized and delivers about 1 cup of juice.
