Skip the energy drinks and make your own booster juice in the morning. It has been shown that energy drinks can cause a variety of health problems. They increase your heart rate unnaturally and can lead to an energy crash in the afternoon.

Whether you've tried juice before, you should definitely consider trying some of these energy boosters. The following four juices are the perfect way to start your day and provide you with the nutrition and energy you need to get through the morning.

4 Energy Booster Juices

1. Pineapple juice Boost

Pineapple contains bromelain that is anti-inflammatory, gives you better kilometers by reducing inflammation. To make your pineapple juice boost, put all of the following ingredients in your juicer:

  • ½ small pineapple
  • 1 grapefruit
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

2. Coconut and kale juice

Coconut and kale juice is another great energy booster. Only kale provides you with the nourishment your body needs in the morning.

The addition of the other ingredients, including apples, coconut water and ginger round, makes this drink complete. Simply put all these ingredients through your juicer:

  • 6-8 kale leaves
  • 2 apples
  • 4 grams of coconut water
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

3. Beet juice

Beets are a superfood, full of vitamins and minerals, along with enough calories to let you go through the day.

The addition of lemon and ginger helps remove some of the "dirty" taste of beetroot. Use these ingredients, put them in your juicer and serve with ice:

  • 1 large beetroot
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ lemon
  • 1-inch fresh ginger

4. Green energy juice

This energy juice is one of the most powerful. The combination of cucumber, kale, ginger and dark vegetables gives you the energy boost you need to get through the day.

Put all of the following ingredients through your juicer:

  • 8 stalks of celery
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 6 kale leaves
  • A handful of parsley or coriander
  • ½ lemon
  • 1-inch fresh ginger

Make one of these juice recipes for your morning boost. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender, but you may have to peel some extra. You may have noticed that most of these recipes contain fresh ginger. You can adjust the amount of ginger that you want to include to your taste.
