This green juice is deliciously sweetened with apples. Add broccoli for a food boost and lemon for a hint of spice.

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 apples
  • 1 stem broccoli (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon (optional)

How to make

  1. Wash the fruit and vegetables with water and a hard vegetable brush. Keep the leaves on the celery.
  2. Core the apples.
  3. Cut the zest of the lemon – some people like to leave this, but I think this makes the juice too bitter.
  4. Cut the fruit and vegetables into slices that match your juicer.
  5. Juice and enjoy.

Celery Juice Recipe with Carrot and Apple

Celery is not a juice that I drink alone. It is wonderfully mixed with carrot and apple juice.

  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 2 large roots
  • 1 large apple

How to make

    brush. Keep the leaves on the celery, but remove the root tips.

Tip: If you have a sweet tooth or make it for children, just use 1 celery stem.
