Have you ever wondered what the best fruits and vegetables are for making juice? Although it is a matter of personal opinion, these top 15 cannot be matched for your daily diet. They will also be particularly good if you make fasting juice or do a juice cleaning.

Although all fresh, raw and live products are exceptional, there are some that stand out. I have chosen these as the best fruits and vegetables, mainly because of their health benefits and the ease of making juice.

Note that they are not in a special order … how could that even be possible? 🙂 Definitely try all these best fruits and vegetables.

1. Apples

These are packed with antioxidants and are one of the best types of fruit for making juice. They help lower cholesterol, cleanse the digestive system and stimulate the immune system. They go well with almost any fruit or vegetable (softens any bitter or strong juice), making them my favorite basis for juices. They are also packed with nutrients that help digest fats.

2. Pineapples

Pineapples add a great tropical flavor to juices. They are anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial. They help to resolve blood clots. They also contain a digestive enzyme called bromelain and is really important for the body to digest proteins.

3. Papaya

Papaya is at the top of the list of the best fruits and vegetables when it comes to digestion. It contains papain, an enzyme that helps break down proteins. If you have digestive problems, try squeezing some papaya juice daily, especially after meals. You don't need much, but adding any kind of mint to your papaya juice will enhance the properties even more. Papayas also help to replenish vitamin C in the body and protect against cancer. Note: Papaya juice is not good in a juicer, however, it works great for blender drinks and smoothies.

4. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are popular and are at the top for the best fruit and vegetables to juice. They are fantastic for your health. Tomatoes lower your risk of cancer (especially testicular cancer in men) and are good for the heart because of the high amount of lycopene. They mix very well with many vegetables and have a pleasant taste. If they are cooked, they become sour, so if tomato sauce is bothering you, don't assume that juice would do the same. It is completely different when it is raw.

If you are worried about lung, colon or breast cancer, take raw broccoli a few times a week. If you can't eat it, press it so you can't taste it. Mix it with some tomato juice. It has chlorophyll, so it helps to regulate insulin and blood sugar.

8. Celery

Celery is great in cleansing the digestive system of uric acid. So if you have gout problems, be sure to include celery in your diet every day. It is great for lowering blood pressure because of the high potassium content. If you hold water daily and have a lot of bloating, celery is your # 1 for vegetables! The diuretic effect is powerful. If you start with a detoxifying treatment, make sure you make celery as a regular basis for your juices – its diuretic properties help remove toxins from your body easily. There are potassium in the buds, so juice them too. It helps to balance the sodium in the stem.

Cranberries prevent bacteria from forming in the bladder, prostate and kidneys. It also odorous urine. They contain mannose, which helps to prevent and get the entire urinary tract. They can also help prevent kidney stones. They are antiviral and antibiotic. Because they are so acidic, they must be combined with water or other fruit to be tasty. I like to add apple or grape juice to the mix.

Kale, how great is kale? It has proteins, minerals, calcium, very good … maybe I should have included this in the top 15!

They have a high water content, so they are great to rehydrate your body, especially after a workout. Cantaloupes contain a lot of beta-carotene (the orange gives it away) and they are all antiviral and antibacterial.
