It has digestive and anti-inflammatory properties due to this rich combination of fruits and vegetables. Beet, a source of betaine, helps fight inflammation and protect cells, proteins and enzymes from environmental stress, as well as supporting the body's detoxification process. Ginger, celery and papaya also have anti-inflammatory and digestive properties; and apple and carrot provide extra vitamins and fiber content of high digestive value to this digestive fruit and vegetable smoothie.

Steps to prepare this recipe:

Peel the apple, papaya, carrot and ginger. Cut all the ingredients in medium pieces.


Place all the vegetables and fruits in the blender, add 1 to 2 cups of water to your taste and crush them until you get a smooth, lump-free digestive smoothie. If you do not like the texture of carrot and beet juice, because it contains a lot of pulp, you can first squeeze beet, apple and carrot juice, then add it to the smoothie.
